about dr. fagelman
Dr. Fagelman is a board-certified internist and is the founder of SoHo Health NY. He completed medical school at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo in 1999 and completed business school at the Zicklin School of Business in Manhattan, where he earned an MBA in Healthcare Management. He subsequently underwent medical training at Quinnipiac University Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine/St Vincent’s Medical Center.
He brings years of experience to his practice as his patients’ preferred primary care provider in SoHo.
He and his team make significant contributions to educating the next generation of medical providers, including doctors and nurse practitioners. They are honored to have participated in educating hundreds of students who have traveled from over 58 countries to rotate at SoHo Health.
In addition, Dr. Fagelman’s numerous publications are cited regularly by others. He has been recognized with awards from the National Committee for Quality Assurance and the American Registry for his dedicated service and compassionate care. He serves as a clinical instructor in the department of medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, a clinical associate attending at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
